1. About Us
Shivanta Art is a handmade art and craft business based in Gujarat, India, offering products including desk organizers, wall clocks, Mandala art, wooden purses, and wall art. Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or email.
2. Products
- All our products are handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish may occur between the product image and the item you receive. These variations are natural to handmade items and are not considered defects.
- We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but exact colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
- Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders
- Orders can be placed directly through our website or via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email.
- An order is confirmed only after we verify the details and, where applicable, receive payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons. If this happens, any payment made will be refunded.
4. Custom & Commission Orders
For custom or commissioned artwork made specifically to your requirements:
- Cancellations are allowed, but a cancellation fee will apply once work has begun, to cover materials and time already invested.
- Design details, sizing, and colors should be confirmed with us before production begins, as changes after production starts may not be possible.
- Delivery timelines for custom orders may vary from standard products and will be communicated at the time of order.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed at the time of order confirmation, through the payment methods available on our website or as agreed upon for WhatsApp/Instagram/email orders.
- We use secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card or UPI details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days within India, depending on your location and product availability.
- Delivery timelines for custom/commissioned pieces may differ and will be shared separately.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of order, as we are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days maximum from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at shivantaart12@gmail.com within the return window, along with your order details and reason for return.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Custom/commissioned orders are non-returnable once completed, except in cases of damage or defect.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent).
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and social media pages — including product photos, designs, descriptions, and branding — is the property of Shivanta Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Shivanta Art will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements.
